This monthly Japanese course contains ingredients appropriate for each season.
The Course Meal at Hagoromo hotel uses seafood from Suruga bay and seasonal food.
For traditional Japanese food, our master chef emphasizes the delicacy of the food. This is the master's original meal.

Containing raw vegetables and roast fish, this is a nutritionally balanced Japanese-style breakfast.
Shizuoka's specialty "Black Hanpen" is cooked right in front of you. Enjoy it while it's hot.
Variety of small bowl dishes with rice.
After getting energy from hot miso soup and warm rice, you can enjoy sightseeing in the city.

  • Sakura Shrimp Course Meal

    Locally, this rare sakura shrimp is referred to the jewellery box of Suruga bay. This course meal uses sakura shrimp from the Yui port.
    This is the most popular plan.


  • Simmered whole alfonsino

    Simmered for a long time and cooked in salted and sweet fish stock. This is a the ultimate delicacy.
    The fish stock perfectly matches with the soft, white fish. Enjoy it with rice!
    We usually serve one fish per 2-3 adults, but we'll change it depending on the number of your group.

  • Shabu-shabu Red snapper

    Shizuoka is also famous for red snappers. Shizuoka is proud of its No.1 red snapper fishing in Japan. We stock from the fishing port nearby, so it's guaranteed to be fresh.
    Red snappers can be eaten raw so just dip in a pot for a few seconds and enjoy.
