What time is check in and out?
Check in starts at 15:00 and check out is 10:00.
Can I check in before 15:00?
You can’t check in but if you contack us in advance, you can leave your baggage with us before the check in time.
We appreciate your understandings.
Do you have a curfew at night?
We'll lock our front entrance at 23:00. If you wish to come back after 23:00, please contact to the our front staff.
Can I bring my own food/drinks?
We kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your own food and drinks.
This is because of preventing food accidents. Thank you for your understandings and corporations.
You can use the fridge in your room and room service during your stay.
Please ask front staff or room clerk when you want to order.
Can my pet stay with me?
We're afraid but we're not allowed out guests to bring your pet in your room.
We also can't look after your pet for you during your stay.
Can I get a massage service?
We do not accept massarge booking arrangement.
Can I make payment by credit card when arriving at your hotel?
Yes, you can. We accept JCB / VISA / Master / AMEX / UC / DC / UFJ / Saison.
Shipping Service at the hotel
Shipping service by Yamato Transport is available. We have shipping fee list at the front desk.
Sending your baggage to our hotel in advance
If you contact us in advance, we can send your baggage apart from valuable goods, foods, and dangerous objects.
Please write down your staying dates and name on your baggage and send to the address below.

Can I stay with my kids?
Of course, you can.
We are honord to help you to make great memories during your family holiday.
Price for a child in primary school is 70% of adult's price (including food & Futon). We'll prepare dinner for your childen with the less foods than adult's.
Price for a child above 2 years old is 50% of adult's price (including food & Futon). We have Kid's lunch.
If your child (+2yers) doen't need food, the price is 30% of adult's price.
If your child (+2yers) doesn't need both food and Futon, the price is 3000 yen + tax.
Do you have Yukata for children?
Our staff will select Yukata which fits for your children.
We don't have Yukata for children below 2 years old.
What time is dinner and breakfast time?
Dinner Time can be chosen from 18:00、18:30 and 19:00 (Finish at 21:00) and breakfast time can be chosen from 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30.
Can I change the room to have my breakfast and dinner?
You dining room can be vary depending on your plan.
(You'll have your breakfast and diiner at the same room.)
※We might change your dining room depending on the number of your group.
Is the menu same for everyone?
The number of dishes is almost same but the mune can be different depending on your reserved plan. Please contact us for more details.
What kind of drinks do you have?
Beer/Japanese Sake (bottle / decanter / 1go) / Sweet potato and barely Chochu (bottle / glass)
Whiskey (bottle / glass) / Fruit Wine (plum / apricot)
White & Red Wine (bottle / glass) / soft drink
Our popular signature Ginjo sake "The dance of Hagoromo" has a great feedback from our femal guests as it's sweet and easy to drink. Decanter 300ml - 2000 yen+tax

Do you have a transportaion service?
We won’t be able to pick you up at JR Shimizu station, but we can at Entrance of Hagoromo Pine Tree bus stop.
If you need the transportation service, please let us know in advance.
If youre group is more than 10, please contact us.
Do you have a parking space for guests?
We have free car parking space.
There is a first car parking in front of the hotel and within a minute walk distance there is a second car parking. Both are plane car parking space so recreational vehickes can be parked.
If you are coming by car, please let us know when you book.
Can I charge my electric car?
We have one free charger in our car parking. If you wish to use it, please let our front staff know.
※If more than two of our guests want to use it, we’ll ask you to use it in turns.
※It usually takes about 8 hours to fully charge ordially vehicles.
